How To Reduce Stress while trying to be pregnant?
we are trying to be pregnant for about 2 months. And have not yet been successful. I’m very much stressed out and feel this is the biggest reason that I’m not able to conceive. How should I reduce my stress in order to get pregnant. I’m over stress. And I’ve a very negative feeling and emotions. How to improve
It’s hard not to stress, but you really need to focus on something else other than ttc. 2 months is not a long time for ttc, it can sometimes take normal healthy couples 6 months to a year to conceive. My best advice is to just relax and have fun with it. I didn’t listen to the “rules” about what you should and shouldn’t eat, drink or do. I decided to just relax and let things happen. I still took my pre-natals and tried my best to eat healthy, but I admit I did a lot of the things you’re not supposed to do. That 2ww can be VERY long, so just find something else to amuse yourself. I had lots of little things planned so I would look forward to them instead. When you find something to take up your time, those 2 weeks will fly by, and the lack of stress may actually help in your battle. Hey, it worked for me….I’m 14 weeks pregnant after throwing a little caution to the wind and occupying my free time
